Shipping:

Pillow covers ship from our studio with tracking via UPS. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $350 within the contiguous United States. This offer excludes textile yardage, which ships directly from our manufacturers and is always billed separately at a flat rate.

Our pillow covers are both printed to order and cut and sewn to order, with a lead time of 6-8 weeks, plus transit. Please note that the lead times of our products vary and that orders will not be dispatched from our studio until all items are ready. If you would like your items to ship separately as they are ready, please email us *prior* to placing an order, as this will impact the shipping cost.

Every item we send from our studio is shipped carbon neutral and we package goods using recycled, reused, and recyclable materials whenever possible.

Returns:

As a small company creating primarily made-to-order pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time and all sales are final.
