Refund Policy

As a small company creating primarily made-to-order pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time and all sales are final. We strongly suggest ordering textile swatches prior to placing a larger order. We want you to love your purchases and are happy to provide any additional information or images that would aid in the decision making process. Each order is inspected prior to shipping; however, final responsibility rests with the customer. Please review your order upon receipt. If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been altered or used, please contact us within 5 business days of its arrival. Fabric that has been cut, laundered, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. If your order arrives damaged, please submit relevant images and keep all original packaging and items. If you receive an incorrect item, or an item is missing, please contact us immediately so that we can assist.
