'Frizzante' Linen

‘Frizzante’ began as a set of paintings on silk, translating the effervescence of bubbles into a field of softly irregular rings and dots. Each work was created by first defining the circular shapes with resist on the fabric, then painting in and around them. Forms cluster, disperse, and reconnect, creating a lively and continuous surface.

Each Venable Moore pattern begins with hand-painted, hand-dyed, or hand-drawn original artwork and is sustainably produced in the United States. Printed to order on 100% European linen using low-waste processes and eco-friendly inks.

This pattern is available as linen fabric by the yard, in four colorways. The standard ground is suitable for residential and low-traffic environments. Alternate and performance grounds are available to the trade for high-use applications. Also offered as a wallpaper.
