A hand-painted, contemporary reimagination of a traditional floral, ‘Chintz Moderne’ is a dense, expressive abstract floral. Developed from an original painting on canvas, this print distills the ornament of a classic chintz into a looser and more expressive form.

Each Venable Moore pattern begins with hand-painted, hand-dyed, or hand-drawn original artwork and is sustainably produced in the United States. Printed to order on 100% cotton using low-waste processes and eco-friendly inks. 

This pattern is available as cotton fabric by the yard, in four colorways. The standard ground is suitable for residential and low-traffic environments. Alternate and performance grounds are available to the trade for high-use applications. Also offered as a wallpaper.
