'Frizzante'

‘Frizzante’ began as paintings on silk, translating the effervescence of bubbles into a field of softly irregular rings and dots.  Each work was created by first defining the circular shapes with resist on the fabric, then painting in and around them. Forms cluster, disperse, and reconnect, creating a lively, continuous surface.

Each Venable Moore pattern begins with a hand-painted, hand-dyed, or hand-drawn original artwork and is sustainably produced to order in the United States.

Available as wallpaper and linen fabric in four colorways, ‘Frizzante’ is printed to order using low-waste processes and eco-friendly inks. The standard grounds are suitable for residential and low-traffic environments. Alternate and performance grounds are available to the trade for high-use applications.
